Prime Achieves Aruba Platinum Status

(OMAHA, Nebr.)—After over 10 years of partnership with Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s Aruba Networks, Prime Communications Inc. (PCI) has been awarded Aruba Platinum status, the first Omaha-headquartered partner to achieve this level of recognition by one of the leading companies in network access solutions.

Prime Communications obtained elite status based on their performance in volume and value as a member of the award-winning Aruba PartnerEdge Program. The program seeks to recognize high-performing partners by providing benchmarks in sales and technical certifications correlating to four status levels: standard, silver, gold and platinum.

“Achieving Aruba Platinum status is a great honor for Prime Communications,” said Steve Kanne, PCI Director and Vice President of New Business Development. “The Platinum level is only given to those resellers that have demonstrated a commitment to Aruba’s product offering by achieving defined revenue goals, sales and technical certifications and other business requirements.”

According to Aruba Networks, Platinum-level members must employ five technical-certified engineers and six certified sales specialists. With PCI’s latest completion of the ACMX technical certification in August of 2019, PCI became the fourth Aruba Platinum Partner in the Great-Plains region.

“The ACMX certification needed to achieve Platinum is a great benefit to our clients and demonstrates the highest level of technical expertise available in the market today,” said Kanne. “Now that we have this designation, it opens up new opportunities for Prime to serve the markets we operate in.”
